Silent conference systems are ideal for corporate events or conference Centers, where separate breakout group meetings are held within the same room without disturbing each other.
A transmitter is used to transmit the audio signal, either from a microphone or by the venue sound system. The audio is then transmitted to the receivers
Each audience member is issued with a receiver before the event. The receiver is set to the same channel as the transmitter(s). The audience member simply connects earphones (or headphones) to the receiver and adjusts their personal volume to a comfortable level.
Several transmitters can be used within the same area to enable multiple audio feeds within the meeting e.g. simultaneous interpreters translating the presentations into different languages, or to permit several separate meetings within the same space. There is no limit to the number of receivers that can be used.
Silent Conference Systems can also be used as a silent commentary system at sporting events e.g. snooker, or as a referee communication system to enable the spectators to keep up with the action.
For large venues or fixed installations, a stationary transmitter can be used.

HOW IT WORKS
Our solution extracts presenter audio channels from the mixing desk, that would normally be fed into a traditional PA system, and connects this audio to our transmitters.
The transmitters send the audio channels together to our infrared radiators, which are placed around the room to provide the required coverage.
The infrared signal is received by personal receivers distributed to delegates who are watching the presentations. Delegates can choose the channel that corresponds to the presentation they are interested in.
A silent disco is an event where people dance to music listened to on wireless headphones. Rather than using a speaker system, music is broadcast via a radio transmitter with the signal being picked up by wireless headphone receivers worn by the participants. Those without the headphones hear no music, giving the effect of a room full of people dancing to nothing.
Silent discos are popular at music festivals as they allow dancing to continue past noise curfews. Similar events are "mobile clubbing" gatherings, where a group of people dance to the music on their personal music players
